At Grail Nation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original documentation, then print and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
